Channel Sales Executives wanted

ZKAccess needs sales executives to help manage our growing channels.

Primary sales activities include identifying, appointing and developing new channel partners. Partners may be OEM’s, Distributors or Systems Integrators who deal with electronic security systems.

The position is responsible for promoting the sale of our access control panels, biometric and RFID readers. The sales executive will work directly with our sales manager to create sales & marketing strategies.  The sales executive must propose ideas and offer consultancy to customers to help grow their access control business and reach revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze the market and create sales plans and targets by product family and reseller channel.
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Identify, recommend and facilitate the appointment of new channel partners.
  • Identify aand pursue sales opportunities in new and existing markets and increase market share, accordingly.
  • Provide support to assigned accounts and strategic alliances by providing sales training, pre-sales support, demonstrate equipment and participation in joint sales calls.
  • Develop joint marketing strategies with the resellers that enable them to meet their objectives.
  • Provide sales reports and analysis.
  • Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelors degree from accredited university

Required Knowledge / Experience

  • Must have prior experience in selling/managing Access control related products including panels, readers, software
  • Experienced in managing a sales channel
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and exciting environment
  • Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Think fast on his/her feet and solve problems with leads and clients
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by closing deals
  • Strong organization, presentation and communication skills and negotiating ability
  • Ability to work independently, thrive on challenges and driven to consistently win
  • Must be legally eligible to work in USA.

Product Support Engineer wanted

ZKAccess needs additional product support engineers to help support our growing customer base.

Primary support activities include responding to e-mail and inbound phone requests for assistance with installing, operating and trouble-shooting ZKAccess products.

The position is responsible for supporting our access control panels, biometric and RFID readers and software. The support engineer will work alongside other support engineers and report to our operations manager. The support engineer will also be expected to find time making outbound calls to customers, ensuring the customer is pleased with both our products and support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform remote troubleshooting of hardware and software, and component replacement, installation, and repair
  • Provide intermediate to advanced product education to customers and staff
  • Test and debug software and hardware updates.
  • Conduct weekly hardware and software education webinars.
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) on factory shipments.
  • Aid in creating & delivering educational content (CEU course, videos, etc.)
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Replacing parts as required.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new products.
  • Responding quickly to customer support calls.
  • Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
  • Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and relevant 3rd parties.
  • Testing and evaluating new technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Certification from accredited technical school or Bachelor’s degree

Required Knowledge / Experience

  • Must have prior experience operating or supporting electronics
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Email and data base entry.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced and exciting environment
  • Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
  • Think fast on his/her feet and solve problems with leads and clients
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by closing call tickets
